Background information

We acquire predominantly in co-operation models. Our transactions are structured through innovative application of the leasehold model at asset level.
 
We ensure transaction security in full ownership. In our transactions, we invest in Ground Lease Properties (land) ourselves, but also represent (exclusively) domestic and foreign investors. Our partners for the buildings are national and international investors with good credit ratings.
 
Our strategy is geared towards providing our partners with a customised financing alternative for the building through flexible and customer-oriented application of the leasehold model (sale and leaseback) or a customised co-investment.
With over 45,000 units traded and over 4,400 privatised, we have extensive experience in leasehold transactions.
