The creation of significant economic advantages for the building owner is always the starting point for our actions in order to be able to successfully acquire Ground Lease Properties (land) ourselves.

We invest throughout Germany, in a wide range of asset classes and along the entire value chain. We make acquisitions ourselves, in association with other family offices with strong credit ratings and with institutional investors. We have significant capital resources at our disposal.

The investment strategy is cross-generational (buy-to-hold). Depending on the interpretation, we are a long-term equity partner or an alternative lender - because we ensure both significant equity savings and a lower borrowing requirement compared to full ownership.

Jens Bertrams founded Trimelon in 2016 and has been working in the property sector for more than 20 years. Prior to this, he gained his first professional experience in the banking sector. Mr Bertrams designs and structures Trimelon's innovative leasehold transactions. Jens Bertrams is fully responsible for the purchase of the properties.
