We ensure transaction security in full ownership. In our transactions, we invest in freehold properties (land) ourselves, but also represent (exclusively) domestic and foreign investors. Our partners for the buildings are national and international investors with good credit ratings.

 

Our strategy is geared towards providing our partners with a customised financing alternative for the building through flexible and customer-oriented application of the leasehold model (sale and leaseback) or a customised co-investment.

With over 45,000 units traded and over 4,400 privatised, we have extensive experience in leasehold transactions.
