Our main business area lies in investments in club deal structures that take place asset level. Within these club deals we invest in real estate either ourselves or by exclusive mandate on behalf of selected investors. Our club deal partners are national and international investors, with good credit ratings.
We also offer services in the areas of transaction advice and asset management.
